This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Kayra International. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. No Return / Exchange Policy

We do not provide any returns, replacements, or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.
The product you received was damaged during delivery.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Send an email to kayracommunication3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide a clear unboxing video and images showing the product condition at the time of opening.
Ensure that all provided evidence clearly shows the issue (wrong or damaged item).

All refund requests are subject to final approval by the Kayra International team after verifying the provided proof.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
